HHS Partnership Academy hosts SPCA support drive

The Hanford High School Partnership Human Services Academy is requesting the community's help to provide donations for the Kings SPCA. Partnership Academy students and staff will be accepting donations from Nov. 14 through Dec. 2.

The Kings SPCA seeks to provide safe haven for abused, abandoned, and surrendered animals entrusted into their care for as long as possible pending adoption; to provide low-cost spay/neuter services to the community, and to foster community awareness of the importance of spaying/neutering pet animals; and to increase community awareness of and appreciation for the needs of domestic animals and the benefits of animal companionship.

Useful donations include (but are not limited to):
  • Cat litter
  • Canned dog food
  • Dog treats
  • Trash bags
  • Paper towels
  • Cleaning supplies such as bleach, Pine Sol, scrubbers and sponges
  • Cash (Cash donations can be made to teachers in rooms 407, 504, 505 or 554)
